There are 500 confirmed registered participants from institutions in 45 countries. Due to security reasons and organization matter, the chairs decided that we are not able to accept more participants. Indeed, the Royal Ballroom where the opening ceremony will take place as well as where lectures will be presented, the Fort Zeelandia where traditional groups will be performing, and the Tennis court for the closing ceremony, all are limited to 500 persons. Thus, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot accept over-booking. Late/on site registration payment remains for those participants who already registered.

Register on line (if any problem occurs contact pmforget -at- yahoo.fr) - Please, when you register as ATBC member, provide your membership number (especially for recent subscription). You're not obliged to submit the abstract at first registration step. Just make up a title (can be revised later until 14th April), put a space in the abstract box, and submit.

Donation and Sponsorships is also possible to help ATBC2008 to support participants from countries with low income (registration fees were reduced by 50 %, travel awards)
