ATBC2008 Gallery : A new one by Pia Parolin

Annual ATBC meeting have many purposes apart from conferences. When scientists travel to remote countries to present and discuss their results with colleagues, they also want to discover the host country, inhabitants, nature and culture. On purpose, field trips were organized before, during and after the meeting by our partner Access Suriname Travel. Thanks to internet, what ATBC biologists saw and pictured is now made available to a WWider audience. Visit the New Gallery  by Dr. Pia Parolin. Science using internet is thus another efficient tool to promote knowledge and conservation thru eco-scientifico-tourism, and to enjoy beauty of the tropical countries. Meanwhile, we shared a lot of our knowledge with people we meet during those trips. Certainly, if more scientists travel to the Guianas, then more autochtonous will learn how rich is their country and how much it deserved to be preserved in the future for the best of everyone, here locally, and there abroad. Attend ATBC2008 Meeting at Participant galleries.
