Last reminder to submit papers and to register at a regular fee, and to mail document for Visa application. Today, the organizing committee met at AdeKUS/CELOS. The chair Pierre-Michel Forget and Bart de Dijn also discussed hotel booking and field trip organization. Note that the deadline for hotel booking is now set on 8th May. Beyond that date, a month before the conference starts, you won't take advantage of the discount and all blocked room will be used by the hotels an dit will be difficult to find accomodation. For those arriving earlier than 8th April, there are plenty of other 1-day excursions organized by our partner Access Travel Suriname. When registering, don't use full-text CAPITAL letters but for Institution acronyms. There is not format, and beside using ITALIC for scientific names, don't use special font. Welcome to Suriname.
